What they say:
We have used the Shock Basketball Academy skills training the last three years in October. We use it as an off season skill building workout done once a week throughout the month of October to prepare us for the season. Shane and Joe have a great relationship with my players and we get a great workout that involves ball moves, passing, and footwork that ties into our offensive schemes. This year we added the F5 Speed training to our individual workouts. Cheryl did a 60 to 75 minute workout once a week for eight weeks that focused on core development and speed training on the treadmill. Not only did it make my players faster and stronger but it also helped them get into in-season shape. These were very intense workouts that left my players fatigued in a short time. I have had several players train with F5 Speed throughout the year and have begun taking my 6th grade daughter and sophomore daughter to the F5 Speed workouts in OKC in the off season. I have seen a dramatic change in their foot speed and agility progression. I would highly recommend adding both programs to your program. Your players will definitely benefit from them.
