2010-2011 Fall & Winter Teams.  To play on an SCU team you need to turn in the following to be placed on a team.

1) Parent Agreement

2) Package form Grade 4-7 (August 2010 - February 2011)

3) Package form Grade 8 (September 2010 - November 2010)

4) Player Evaluation Form

5) 1st Payment

You can mail these to PO Box 20568, OKC, OK 73156 or you can drop them off at the SCU office in the Lighthouse.
