What they say:

I completely tore my Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) playing basketball during the (2010-2011) season . I had my ACL reconstruction done on February 14, 2011. The treadmill class I took helped me tremendously! I have taken the class before as a sophomore in high school and it strengthened many of my muscles that no other workout ever will do. It made my footwork quicker and strengthened all the muscles in my legs; it made me faster overall! After my ACL reconstruction I was a lot weaker, the treadmill class not only made me faster but strengthened my knee and quickened my footwork back to its normal ability! It is now August 27, 2011 and my knee is most definitely stronger! I'm in my first year of college at Missouri Southern State University playing for the Lady Lions! I am back strong and fast enough to compete at the college level!! Thanks Joe Crawford and Ryan Carson
